Born October 14, 1933 in Scottsbluff, Nebraska to Jacob Kramer and Marie A. (Lorenzen) Kramer; she went to be with the Lord on September 2, 2011 after a courageous battle with cancer. Preceded in death by her husband Donald W. Skinner and son John W. Skinner, she is survived by her daughter Dawn Marie (Jeff) Crane of Florida; two sons, Dennis Skinner of Lake County, CA and Michael (Linda) Skinner of Loomis, CA; along with 8 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. There will be a visitation on September 9 from 4pm to 7pm at Reichert's Funeral Service, 7320 Auburn Blvd, Citrus Heights. The funeral service will be held on September 10 at 2pm at Madison Avenue Baptist Church, 4148 Madison Ave, North Highlands, where she was faithful member (reception to follow at the church). All family and friends welcome to attend.
