Kathy was a strong woman who always kept a smile on her face. Through all life's situations whether good or bad she always kept a comical, yet strong view. Her laugh was contagious, and every person she encountered instantly became a friend. She always said "Her legacy was her children and grandchildren" who she loved unconditionally. She is survived by her daughters Bobbie Matthews and Summer Stevens and her sons Shawn McMillan and Brandon Stevens who she had raised as a single mother. She was a mother and father to all her kids. Her family will always love her, and miss her more and more everyday that passes.
