Godspeed, Kenny! Thank you for your service and your friendship with my uncle and cousins. You are missed!

Dear Kenny,
All the good stories, all the sad stories, all the vanilla milkshakes, the laughing, the crying, the ranch stories of vehicles buried, the war stories, the old Orangevale friends stories, playing pool with dad stories, stories of your musical family and you playing the ukulele (who knew!), stories of staying at the Royal Hawaiin Hotel in Hawaii for 25cents during World War 2 when you were in the navy, your pinkie sworn to secrecy with Nicholas when he was little, your helping out a young girl many years ago when she was struggling with putting food on the table, your advice on tractors, your love of navy beans and mashed potatoes with lots of good gravy and bologna sandwiches with just mayonnaise, the beautiful stories about how much you loved your children and family,   all of these stories and more, softly spoken on a comfortable old swing.   These will always remain with us till we meet again.  Every time we would have to leave you on that swing you would say  Love you kid and we would say We love you too Kenny.
