My auntie K was such a beautiful soul. She was kind and would give you her shirt off of her back if you needed it. I can still hear her voice saying "Sweetie"..(And the starting out whatever the conversation may have been) lol. I last time we got a chance to see each other we had gone out with the family to do karaoke. I will truly miss you and the conversations we used to have. May you rest in peace with the other family in heaven.

I met Keturah in 2016 when we both started training together at healthnet. When they moved us to Federal side, we became extremely close because we shared a cube together. I loved her so much blood couldn't make us any closer. She called me lil bit. She was always there for me whether it be a listening ear or my guidance. She shared so many stories with me from her growing up and we talked quite often. We were supposed to have a girls night and she was going to make us drinks. Felt like I've known her my whole life. She always kept a positive energy and that's what I loved about her. No matter what was thrown at her she kept pushing. Nothing could stop her from doing anything. I am going to miss her so much. The heavens gained one of the best angels they will ever get. 

I have always known her as Auntie K, Auntie K was Auntie to all of us in my generation (all the cousins younger than me) I remember she had Nicknames for all of us, "My snookums', and referred to us most times by them, Lol. Another words we were her "babies" I always appreciated how kind and loving auntie k was, and yes as long as I can remember she would always take care of others. Even before her passing I would really only see her through Facebook and we would comment or send message. Not nearly as often as I would have liked but I always knew she loved me and I love her. I pray for the family my cousin sheerah, Mark, and mama Claudy may God comfort you, and give u strength to bare the loss of our dear loved one, may in due time your hearts and minds be at peace that auntie k is in Heaven although we miss her from earth God gained a beautiful and most precious soul..I love u auntie K R.I.H

I've known Keturah since we wer babies... Wen we wer younger,.. ..we wer known as partners n crime is the best to descibe us. She's 4months older than i, so i always obeyed wat she said to do.....we wer about 6years old wen i was almost kidnapped . She saved my life!!!... Since we've been adults, ... I told her how much i appreciated her savn my life....She was very loving an caring....Deffinately for her mom an family... She an i wuld tex or call each other every so often....She always told me" U can do it, Koloriah!".. , wen i wuld say" I cant"....... She always stood by me wen none other wuld.. I beleiv that was our childhood bond......Wen we talked,,... It wuld always come up that we had to take care of ourselves n order to care for our mothers...we wer alike wen it came to makn sure our mothers r takn care of an hav everything they need........Wen i received the news that she had passed,.. If felt like a knife n my chest,... I felt like i culdnt hardly breathe.......It was so unreal. I've known Kate all my life. She was a loving and caring person.  Kate was like a big sister to me. Always calling to check up on me and see how I was doing, to give advice or be there to just listen. That's the kind of person she was.  She has always been there for me. One memory I have of my dear sister I will never forget, when we were kids I got really sick. Couldn't walk, stand, eat, etc., on my own because I was so weak and frail. Everyday after school, Kate would come and take care of me. She would take me  outside to walk and she was just there. Even as a kid her gift of taking care of people showed through. People used to call me bones because I had got so skinny during my sickness and Kate carried that nickname for me all the way through adulthood. In fact she is the only person I let get away with calling me bones😀 that was her nickname for me.  Kate, my friend and sister, My heart is heavy as I think about I will no longer hear your voice on the phone, "Hey bones, this is Kate." But as much as I miss you I'm glad you are not in pain anymore and you are at peace. Kate I love you . You and your beautiful smile and heart will be missed. Rest in heaven my Dear friend and Sister.❤

Turah, loving and giving....always had encouraging words. Your shine will be missed.  Childhood memories are priceless.  To Aunt Claudy and Mark, my condolences and prayers are with you.  May you and the family find comfort and strength in God's arms.  Amen.

Kate was the kind of person who thought of everyone else before herself. No matter how long in between visits, she would be there with a smile, asking what could she do to help. I remember when I was in the doctor's office Kate worked at, I had been given bad news and Kate jumped into action to comfort and console me, because that was Kate. Such a beautiful soul is gone, but never forgotten. RIH Keturah!!

Keturah was a strong woman. I was blessed to call her my Best Friend. She taught me how to stand by my conviction no matter what others say or thought. She always had a smile and a kind word. She always gave of herself. She had a tireless love for her family. Our world will be less bright without her light! I love you and will miss you dearly.

Kate Sarden was a true friend, who loved to entertain family and friends. She had the kindest, biggest heart a person could have. Kate would give you the shirt off her back if you told her you needed it. She was dearly loved and will be missed.
