He is survived by his wife of 27 years, Dana; his Mother Barbara Hagy of Sacramento, Brother Rodney Hagy of Sacramento.
He was preceded in death by his Father, David Hagy.
LeRoy was employed by Newmark Grubb Knight Frank in Roseville, California as a Building Engineer.
He was an avid outdoorsman, both as a hunter and bass fisherman. He was a Founding Member of the Loomis Basin Bassmasters and a bass tournament fisherman on many different tournament circuits in the Northern California area.
LeRoy was a genuinely nice person with a willingness to help anyone who asked for assistance.
He will be greatly missed by his wife and family and by his large number of friends.

A memorial “Celebration of Life” service will be held on Saturday, March 2nd, 2013 at 11:00 AM at the Mosaic Christian Church 4430 Granite Drive Rocklin, California 95677
