Eric, Maxine and Bella Sophia, you are in our thoughts and prayers. Eric, you are a wonderful person, so kind generous and helpful. You are a talented mathematics teacher. You love the outdoors and are a dedicated family man. We know your actions and the way you live your life is an honor to your family.

It was an honor to have known Lew.  He was a special kind of friend who would do anything for you.  We had many great times together; camping, rafting, houseboating, water skiing, raquetball, and the list goes on.  My first sushi dinner was with Lew; Lew helped me buy my first house and even helped paint the inside.  So many memories that will live on in me.  Lew may be gone, but he will never be forgotten.  Peace be with you.

Thanks for all the good times Lew!  I will always cherish the memories of house boating and the wonderful family camping trips to Pinecrest with your wonderful grandson Rory and Jeff's/my children.  You were a great friend to our family and will be dearly missed.  Peace to you dear friend for now there is no more pain and suffering and you have seen the glory of God.  We will all be together again someday.  Love and peace to your loved ones during this difficult time of saying goodbye.

Grandpa Lew is a very loving grandpa and he can rest in heaven. He likes animals and I sang "the doggie in the window song" for him when I went to visit in the hospital and he was smiling.  (Shared from Grandchild Bella Sophia, Age 7)

Lewie we all grew up together, you were like a brother to us all.  Our children grew up together and stayed close.  We had some wonderful times together and we know you are now with our other family members who have gone before you.  Be at peace and know you will always be in our hearts forever. Madelyn and Lew shared a strong commitment; they loved and cherished one another. Madelyn stayed by Dad's side with kindness, compassion and with a strong faith in God.
