I'm shocked and saddened to learn this today. My condolences to the family, his Mother and Sisters. I'm so sorry for your loss. 

I went to Oak Ave., Elementary school with Blaine. I remember him in class to be very quiet and polite and friendly. The fondest  memory I have of Blaine is;  he was the best kickball kicker in the entire school. I remember on one occasion, he kicked the ball so hard it went out in the middle of the street. Anytime that Blaine got up to kick, everyone would run backwards knowing that most of the time he could kick the ball over their head. To this day, I doubt that I could kick the ball as far as he could. Rest in peace my kickball buddy. My God be with you

Every once in a while, a person enters your life and affects you so deeply - that no matter what direction life takes you, they are part of you forever. For me, that person is Blaine. I didn’t have to see him or talk to him to know he would always be there for me, without a doubt. His love, loyalty, and commitment to the people he loved was truly unsurpassed. Blaine was the rarest of gems, an honorable man, and a true gentleman. He showed me love like no other man ever has and I thank God I got to share the years I did with him. He will remain in my heart…ALWAYS. May he rest in eternal peace.
