“Precious, loving Mommy”, “Grandma Great”, “The stern voice of reason”. After living 82 wonderful years on this earth, Joann went to be with the Lord in the morning of Saturday, May 19th. Born in Garnett, Kansas to Joseph J. Peine and Lola K. Donaldson, Joann led a life full of love. She is recently preceded in death by her husband of 41 years, Arthur Gerald Lutz. Also preceded in death by her husband, Walter J. Janeway, Jr. of 25 years and her daughter, Sharian J. Janeway. She is survived by her daughter Sandra Nikakis (George), Step-Daughter Lynda Toner (John), Step-Son Steven Lutz, her nine grandchildren, and 9 great-grandchildren. We will all miss her and will always love her as far as the numbers go. There will be a visitation on Wednesday, May 23, 2012 at 4:00pm at Reichert’s Funeral Service, 7320 Auburn Blvd., Citrus Heights, CA. Family and Friends are also invited to attend a Memorial Service followed by a luncheon on Thursday, May 24, 2012 at 11:00am at Trinity Life Center, 5225 Hillsdale Blvd., Sacramento, CA.
