Matthew was born with a genetic disorder and failure to thrive. He was developmentally delayed and non verbal. He also had intellectual disabilities. Despite all of his physical struggles he was generally a happy child who enjoyed tactile sensory activities.
He also enjoyed going to school and recently graduated from Rio Linda High. Matthew is survived by his parents Michael & Deanna Sullivan and his step mother, Janene McCune, 6 brothers David, Jason, Joey, Zachary, Malachi & Preston, 4 sisters Victoria, Susan, Emily & Willow and numerous aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces and cousins.
A private memorial service will be held for Matthew at home on Sunday, December 19th from 2:00-4:00pm. Please call or text either parent for the address.
