Born on March 30 1960 in San Francisco, CA. Nancy passed away in her home on October 12, 2015 at the age of 55 accompanied by her loving family. Daughter of Helen Lewis and Cecil Lewis. . Sister of Debra, Dorthy and Kevin, she will be joining her younger sister Linda in Heaven. Devoted wife of 38 years to Gary Swan, beloved mother to Robert, Melanie and Frank Swan. A wonderful loving Grandmother to David, Savea, Landyn, Bella, Judah, Analeigha, Frank (F.J.) and one on the way. She will be missed dearly by her many nieces and nephews along with everyone that had the pleasure of crossing paths with her.
