Age 84 of Rocklin, CA died of natural causes after a short illness.
He retired from his mechanical engineering from Kaiser Engineers in Hanford, WA. Beloved husband to Roberta Travanti (deceased); father and grandfather of Larry Travanti and his children; Mark Travanti and his children; stepfather and uncle to Marie Casiglio and her family and Robert Zuravitch and his family,and cousin/uncle to many relatives near Pittsburgh, Pa; Hamilton, Ontario and beyond. Memorial services will be held at St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Granite Dr, Rocklin, CA on August 24, at 2:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to any of a number of veterans charities, such as Wounded Warrior Project, Army Emergency Relief, and Fisher House Foundation to name a few.
