My beautiful baby sister!!! We weren't super close but the love I have for her is more than I can express. When we were young she used to call me TeeTee because she couldn't say Katia, there are so many beautiful memories I share with her. Taken too soon in life, sending prayers and love to the rest of the family and the many friends she made during her life....

Sahara was one who always had a smile on her face and there to make everyone feel welcome. I truly pray for comfort for her family and friends as she will be missed but all that knew her.

I will always remember your smile, Sahara, and the way you made everyone you met feel welcome & valued. The last time we were both in the ring together was about 3 years ago, both with our 3 or 4 month old puppies. How we laughed as we tried to get them to cooperate with the judge, and us! Times like that are so precious now.

I will try to live my life like you would have- in joy, and with a smile. ((hugs)) to all your family & friends.

Sahara had an infectious smile, an angelic spirit, a sense of adventure, and a passionate heart for giving. Even in her last moments, I am sure she was giving all the love and kindness she could to another person.

My three young daughters and I often spent time with Sahara at dog shows, I have fond memories of the girls laughing and helping one another. I can remember swapping dog show suits between all of our girls and the excitement the girls had discussing which suits were “lucky.” Over the years I have enjoyed seeing the numerous achievements Sahara accomplished in her life on social media. Her loving mother so proudly shared her numerous dog show achievements, animal rescue stories, community support efforts, and of course the fun photos of family time. There is no doubt in my mind Sahara was one lucky young lady, to have been surrounded by such a loving and encouraging family.

I look forward to seeing her smile again in heaven one day, for now I hope we can all take comfort in knowing she is smiling down on us all and try not to be sorry her kindred spirit is no longer here in body, but will carry on in memories and her foundation.

My constant prayers, heartfelt loss, and healing wishes for your entire family at this hard time. I wish my family and I lived closer so we could be supportive in person, however please know I am sending all my love and comfort to you and your beautiful family at this difficult time.
