I had the pleasure of knowing Tom Starr during the peek of my refereeing years.  He was also instrumental to the instructor I am today and use a lot of what he taught me when I teach my referee classes.  He will be missed.

I had the pleasure of working with Tom at numerous soccer events, special memories I will cherish.  He always held his "refereekids" special in his heart. He will be missed by one and all.

We will keep Tom in our memory forever.  He was a fixture in youth soccer and will be missed.
