Wiley was an avid member and soloist at Madison Avenue Baptist Church. He served his country for 20 years in the Air Force before retiring.
Survived by his wife of 51 years, Donna and son Wiley Jr. of Sacramento, California and a brother Luther Holly if Alliance, Ohio.
Calling hours will be Friday, Feb. 17, 2012 from 4pm to 8pm at Reichert’s Funeral Chapel, 7320 Auburn Blvd., Citrus Heights, CA, 916-729-2229.
Going home services will be Saturday, Feb. 18, 2012 at 1:30pm at Madison Avenue Baptist Church, 4148 Madison Ave., N. Highlands, CA.
Wiley will be laid to rest on Tuesday, Feb. 21, 2012 at 10:30am at the Sacramento Valley VA National Cemetery, 5810 Midway Rd., Dixon, CA.
