Mr. Alvin “Al” Leonard Edelstein, of Brooklyn, New York, born on July 21, 1931 in Los Angeles, California, passed away at age 87 on August 11, 2018 in Seminole, Florida. Alvin served in the Army from 1952 to 1953 in the Korean War and was married to Mikki (nee Weiss). He is survived by his daughter, Susan (Robert); sons, Mark (Lael) and Brian; grandchildren, Daniel (Annette), Naomi (Matt), and Benjamin; and great-grandchildren, Jerrett, Ella, Kendrick, Levi, and Micah. He was a member of Temple B'nai Israel of Clearwater, FL. In lieu of flowers, those who wish may donate in Alvin's name to Suncoast Hospice of Pinellas County.
