At the time of death, he was retired and spent his days at home with his wife and pets.
He was born in Hong Kong and moved to the United States at a young age. He grew up in the North Beach area in San Francisco and loved playing sports, especially basketball. He worked for the city and county of San Francisco as a park and recreational director in Chinatown and paraprofessional for the San Francisco Unified School District. He also had a part time job as a professional dog trainer.
He was a person who was loved by all and he loved helping people in anyway he could. He was an outgoing person that would meet and talk with everyone. He made friends everywhere he went. Working in the jobs with the city and county, his favorite thing was working with kids and getting them to engage in activities and guiding them when in need.
He will deeply be missed by his family, friends and all who knew him.
