Sean Ellis

Sean was born December 29, 1966 in Vallejo, California to James and Sandra (Perry) Ellis. He attended St. John’s Catholic Elementary School and graduated from Justin Siena High School class of 1985. Throughout his school years Sean participated in Children’s Theater and was in several dramas at Justin Siena.

Sean met the love of his life, Manuel Garcia, in 1991 and they were married on Maui, August 9, 2017.

Sean worked in Food Service for 40 years and the past many years was Private Dining Captain at the Waterbar restaurant in San Francisco.

Sean had an infectious smile and the ability to reach people in deep and meaningful ways.

Sean is survived by his spouse Manuel Garcia, his parents James and Sandra Ellis, his sister Stacey Ellis and many cousins and friends whose lives he touched. Sean was predeceased by his sister Shelley Ellis.

Sean chose direct cremation, no funeral and his ashes be spread at his favorite locations.
