She was born on April 10, 2004 in Sweetwater to parents Elias Martinez and Jennifer Reynolds Martinez.
Haley was a bright eyed girl with a big smile and an even bigger personality, always making sure to be friendly. She had a great sense of humor and never hesitated to show her caring affectionate side. Haley was very outgoing throughout her life, she enjoyed spending time with her family, going camping and fishing, and riding bicycles with her father and the rest of her family when she had the chance. Haley was a past student of Odessa ISD and was a communicant of Saint Ann’s Catholic Church of Colorado City and Saint Elizabeth’s Catholic Church in Odessa
Haley is survived by her father Eli Martinez of Odessa, by her mother Jennifer Martinez of Colorado City, by her brothers Nicklus Reynolds and Caleb Martinez both of Odessa, by her paternal grandparents Daniel Martinez Sr. and wife Janie Martinez of Colorado City, by maternal grandmother Vicki Harmon of Colorado City and step-grandmother Silvia Reynolds of Odessa. Also surviving are her uncles Adrian Garcia, Danny Martinez Jr., Eric Martinez, Eddie Martinez, and Cody Reynolds and wife Leslie, as well as by several cousins and dear friends.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather Larry Reynolds
A Mass of Christian Burial for Haley will be held on Tuesday, June 2nd at 10 am at Saint Ann’s Catholic Church in Colorado City with Father Michael Udegbunam officiating. Due to current regulations for the Coronavirus the church is limited to 30 family members only, so Mass will be livestreamed on Kiker Seale Funeral Home’s Facebook page. Those wishing may attend the graveside service following Mass at church.
The family will be present for a visitation at Kiker Seale Funeral Home on Monday, June 1st from 6-8 pm with a rosary to be performed at 7 pm, those wishing to attend are asked to respect social distancing requirements and to wear a mask in the building.
