Jacky Chambliss, age 62, of Loraine, died Sunday, September 14, 2014 in a Lubbock hospital. Services will be at 2 PM Wednesday in the Kiker-Seale Chapel with Dr. Jerry Shields officiating. Burial will follow in the Lone Wolf Cemetery under the care and direction of Kiker-Seale Funeral Home.
Mr. Chambliss was born July 29, 1952 in Guyman, OK to Tommie and PreDetta VanWagner Chambliss. He married Debbie Petty on May 17, 1976 in Colorado City. He was a safety coordinator for Tucker Midstream Pipeline.
He survived by his wife, Debbie Chambliss of Loraine; sons: Kelly and Rebecca Hearin of Colorado City and Wesley and Jessica Chambliss of Colorado City; daughters: Kiki and David Rogers and Daphne and Keith Porter; sisters: Detta Corona of Dallas, Brenda Busby of Hereford; a brother, Gregg Chambliss of Amarillo.
He is preceded in death by his parents and a grandson, Christopher.
In lieu of flowers the family suggest memorials to an animal rescue or your favorite charity.
