Robert Lee Doyle, age 63, of Loraine, died Sunday night in a local hospital. A memorial service will be held at 2 PM Friday, December 13, 2013, in the Kiker-Seale Chapel. Cremation arrangements are under the care and direction of Kiker-Seale Funeral Home.
Mr. Doyle was born December 28, 1949 in Auburn, NY to Nancy Northway. He married Judy King on February 6, 1993 in Colorado City. He was a veteran of the US Army, a member of the Patriot Guard, and worked on the Run for the Wall in Mitchell County. He also enjoyed fishing and hunting and was especially fond of working with all kind of woods.
He is survived by his wife, Judy Doyle of Loraine; a daughter, Joanna and husband, Macario Gonzales; 4 grandchildren: Daniel and wife Maria Austin, Derek and wife, Patsi Austin, Shelby and husband, Joseph Zonghi and Hunter Austin, all of Loraine and several great grandchildren; 2 sisters: Mary Stewart and Linda Wunder, both of New York; and 3 brothers: Douglas Stewart, Daniel Stewart and Todd Stewart, all of New York and many friends.
