Stephen Stevens

He was born on September 14, 1950 to L.J. and Ruby Balew Stevens in Dallas, Texas.

Stephen was a good man who took pride in being kind to others and always strived to do the right thing. He was the kind of man who tried his hardest not to hurt anyone even if they treated him bad. In his spare time he enjoyed playing games on his computer and watching movies.

Stephen is survived by his daughter Kristi Bowman and husband Tommy of Henrietta, grandchildren Jed Cooper, Roy Cooper, and Keith Cooper all of New Boston, and by 5 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by brothers Richard McGee of Colorado City, Gary Stevens of Garland, Bobby Stevens of Maybank, and Tery Stevens of Mount Pleasant, as well as by several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parent L.J. and Ruby Stevens, by a brother Mike Stevens and by a sister Kibby Smith.
