Susie Davila Flores

Mrs. Susie Davila Flores, age 66, of Loraine, died Tuesday morning at her residence. A memorial service will be held at 10 AM Saturday, August 1, 2015, in the Kiker-Seale Chapel. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Kiker-Seale Funeral Home.

Mrs. Flores was born November 28, 1948 in Roscoe to George and Benita Martinez Davila and had been a lifelong resident of Mitchell County. She married Ascension Vidal on August 29, 1974 in Colorado City. He preceded her in death on February 10, 1985. She was a dietary supervisor and a member of St. Ann’s Catholic Church.

She is survived by her mother, Benita Davila, of Colorado City; a daughter, Jessica Vidal of Colorado City; two sons: Gregory and wife, Amy Vidal of Austin and Ascencion Vidal of Colorado City; a brother, Luis and wife, Gloria Davila of Loraine; four sisters; Minnie Regalado of Austin, Geneva and husband, Dennis Jones and Teresa and husband Sergio Molina, both of Colorado City and Isabella Cooper of Loraine; 8 grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She is also preceded in death by her father, George Davila and a grandson, JaCorey Vidal.
