She was born in Hooping Harbour, Newfoundland, Canada on June 9, 1943 to George and Lucy Cassell Pollard.
Susie was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother, who spent her life making sure those around her were happy and well fed. While she spent many years as a hotel manager her biggest joy was raising cattle and sheep on the ranch where she could be at home spending time with family. In her spare time she enjoyed fishing and hunting, tending to animals, and having huge gatherings cooking up new recipes that she had in the cookbooks that she made. She will be missed deeply but all that knew her.
Susie is survived by her husband Kinley Lee of Westbrook, by sons Kinley Lee Jr. and wife Becky of Ranger and Keven Lee and wife Lisa of Westbrook, as well as by her grandchildren Alan, Lauren, Kelsie, Kevin, Stephanie, and Shelby, and their many children. She is also survived by brothers Warick Pollard and Stephen Pollard of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, and by sisters Gladys Menchenton and husband Ken, Pauline Hollett and husband Craig, and Grace Pollard also of Alberta.
She was preceded in death by her parents George and Lucy Pollard.
A Celebration of Life for Susie will be held at a later date.
