She was born in Mexia, Texas to William Howard Damron and Mary Lee Owens Damron on April 16, 1954.
Teresa was a Proverbs woman through and through putting her faith in Christ and love for God and family above all else. She was a member of New Life Bible Ministries of Colorado City and she took her duties there seriously, teaching Bible School, Sunday School, and being one of many strong prayer warriors there at the drop of a hat. She was a tremendous wife, a great mother, and an even better grandmother. She taught her family what it meant to be a Christian, how to cook, and the basics for sewing. Though her main job was as a book-keeper Teresa was an educator and a caregiver. Aside from her work at the church she was a 4H leader, teacher of a home economics club, and a teacher of the word of the Lord. She was a strong willed woman who even in her darkest of hours pushed through with a smile and an everything is going to be okay attitude. In her spare time she loved to take care of others, enjoyed holiday gatherings of family, and loved cooking, sewing, and the beauty of a perfect rose. The lessons taught truly blessed all who were around her.
Teresa is survived by her husband Allen Loving of Colorado City, her son Cody Loving and wife Kaila of Ira, daughter Tammy Hopper and husband Brandon of Colleyville, by grandchildren Brandon Lunsford, Blake Barbee, Brock Barbee, Bryce Loving, Brilynn Loving, and Brayden Hopper, and by great-grandchildren Zane Lunsford, McKinley Lunsford, Myles Barbee, Anastasia Loving, and Casey Loving. She is also survived by her brother William Damron Jr and wife Peggy of Groesbeck, and by her sisters Norma Morse and husband Larry of Fairfield and Sheila Munson and husband Bubba of Teague, as well as by several nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents William and Mary Damron.
