Walter Lee Rhodes

Walter Lee Rhodes, 76, passed away at his residence, Thursday, August 25, 2011. Funeral Services will be at 11:00 A.M. , Monday, August 29, 2011 at New Life Bible Ministry Church. Rev. James Williams will be officiating services. There will be a family visitation Sunday, August 28, 2011 from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. at Kiker-Seale Funeral Home. Interment will be at Dorn Cemetery.

Walter Was born August 30, 1934 in Chamal, Tamaulipas County, Mexico to parents Dorris Richard and Dolly Ann Rhodes. Walter married Shirley Wiley in Midland ,Texas on December 27, 1967. He worked as a superintendant in the oil field for many years. Walter loved fishing and gardening, ( he had a green thumb).

Survivors are: Wife: Shirley Rhodes of Colorado City, Daughters: Debbie Sisemore of Midland , Vickie Seawright of Midland, Edie Savell and husband Mike of North Carolina, Ellie Isbel of Florida, Little Lee Rhodes of Colorado City, Brother: Bill Rhodes of San Antonio,TX, 10 Grandchildren, 12 Great-Grandchildren, Numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Walter was preceded in death by Parents, 5 sisters, and 3 brothers
