Deborah is survived by her daughter Cynthia Galy, son David A. Tovar, daughter Lisa Taylor. Deborah is also survived by twelve grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by husband David S. Tovar and daughter Janice A. Tovar.

A burial for Deborah will be held Tuesday, September 17, 2019 at 1:30 PM at Riverside National Cemetery, 22495 Van Buren Blvd., Riverside, CA 92518
