COLUMBIA - A funeral service for Alice Christine “Tina” Duncan, 75, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, August 17, 2023 at Dunbar Funeral Home, Devine Street Chapel, with burial in Olympia Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:00 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
Ms. Duncan passed away on Monday, August 14, 2023. Born in Columbia, SC, she was a daughter of the late George Coward and Violet Ann Womack. She worked as an interior designer for Duncan Designs. She loved her dogs, Lake Murray, and the beach.
Surviving are her three sons, Allan Duncan (Jan) of North Myrtle Beach, SC, Eric Duncan (Jennifer) of Bishopville, SC, and Chris Duncan of Lexington, SC; sister, Sheila Hunt; six grandchildren, Ashley Baldwin, Summer Duncan, Lacey Duncan, Allan Duncan III, Allanah Duncan, and Brandon Duncan and two great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brother, George “Wicky” Coward and her long time special friend Phillip Martin.
