Memorial service for Amy Strait Dobbins, 54, will be held at 6:00 p.m. Friday, February 13, 2015, at Asbury Memorial United Methodist Church. Dunbar Funeral Home, Devine Street Chapel, is assisting the family.
Ms. Amy passed away Sunday, February 8, 2015. Born in Columbia, she was a daughter of the late Thomas Jefferson Strait, II and Louise Petty Strait. She was a preschool teacher in the Columbia area over the last twenty five years.
Surviving are her son, Thomas Dobbins (Jennifer) of Columbia; her grandsons, T.J. Dobbins and Michael Dobbins; and a brother, Jeff Strait III of Columbia.
