Mrs. West died Monday, March 29, 2021. Born in McKeesport, PA, she was a daughter of the late Frederick Karl Engwer and Isabelle Mary Blair Engwer. She was a first class cook and loved birds. Anna Mae was dedicated to her husband, children, and grandchildren. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church.

Surviving are her husband, Richard William West of Columbia, SC; sons, Robert West (Karen Reinhard) of Fresno, CA and Mark West of Columbia, SC; daughter, Carol Kulowich (David) of Columbia, SC; five grandchildren, Joanna Wright, Lydia Losper (Clinton), Sarah Kurlowich, Naomi Kurlowich, and Laura West (James Loy); five great-grandchildren; and sister, Janet Pry (Hugh) of Spartanburg, SC.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Presbyterian Church, 1324 Marion St, Columbia, SC 29201.
