

BLYTHEWOOD - A memorial service for Annette Rousso Huguley, 98, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, January 27, 2025, at Dunbar Funeral Home, Devine Street Chapel with burial in Greenlawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.
Mrs. Huguley passed away on Monday, January 20, 2025. Born to Greek immigrant parents, the late John Michael and Eleni Yeitrakis Rousso, she attended the Greek Orthodox church in Charleston, SC. She graduated from Memminger High School and attended business school both in Charleston. She had a successful career as a nurse in dermatology.
She was very active with her children’s schools and loved to spend time with her grandchildren and great grands. She enjoyed gardening and watching tennis and golf. In retirement, she volunteered with Hospice.
Surviving are her children, John Thomas Huguley Jr., Richard Dalton Huguley Sr. (Joan), Debbie Huguley Brumbaugh (Joe), James Harold Huguley; grandchildren, Monica Harris (Chad), Lisa Duwel (Todd), Dalton Huguley (Leslie), Brian Johnson, Tyler Huguley (Aliina), Joseph Brumbaugh, John Michael Brumbaugh; eight great-grandchildren; sister, Stephanie “Niffie” King.
She was predeceased by her husband, John Thomas Huguley Sr.; daughter, Susan Huguley Johnson; brother and sisters, Costa Rousso, Anna Utsey, Koula “Carrie” Snead, Mary Webb, Margaret “Maggie” Shafer, Ethel “Lackie” Courtney, and Stella Rousso.
