CAYCE Barbara Sue “Susan” Keith passed to join the stars on September 30, 2015 in Cayce, S.C. after an illness. Mrs. Keith was born December 29, 1938 in Greensboro, N.C. Her parents were Hubert Gordon Usher and Addie Mae Pope Usher of Rose Hill, Duplin County N.C. Susan was an accomplished artist, a collector of antiques and china and had a keen interest in Asian art and artifacts. She also researched her genealogical Usher roots in the colonial New Bern settlement. Surviving are her husband, John Franklin Keith, II; her children, Richard Woodyard, James Woodyard, Deborah Litchfield and their families; her siblings, Sylvia Usher Ellis, Hubert Gordon Usher II, Hugh Usher and their families; as well as Mr. Keith’s children, John F. ‘Jef’ Keith III, Lara K. O’Hara and their families. We will all deeply miss this beautiful person and her smile. Dunbar Funeral Home, Devine Street Chapel, assisted the family.
