Betty Hoffman Pannal

Betty H. Pannal went home to be with the Lord November 1, 2022. Funeral services will be held at Kilbourne Park Baptist Church on Monday, November 7th at 11:00 a.m. The family will receive friends at the church 1 hour prior to the service. Burial service will be at Old Saint Andrews Parish Church, 2604 Ashley River Road, Charleston, SC at 2:30 p.m.

Betty was born in Charleston, SC on August 9th, 1924 to Howard C. Hoffman and Ruby E. Crim. She was a member of Kilbourne Park Baptist Church where she served as a volunteer for over 60 years. Betty enjoyed gardening and her volunteer work at the church. She dedicated her life to her Lord and her family. Christmas was her favorite time of the year. She enjoyed decorating, wrapping gifts and attending special Christmas events at church.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Ernest L. Pannal Jr. and one sister, Frances H. Harden of Pickens, S.C. Those left to cherish her memory include her daughters, Deborah P. Reagan (Stephen) and Donna P. Glen (Paul); grandchildren, Stephanie Hudson (Mitch), Brian Glen and Amy Glen; great-grandchildren, Eli Hudson and Hannah Hudson.
