Betty Fallin Sisk

COLUMBIA - A graveside service for Betty Fallin Sisk, 95, will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, January 16, 2025, in Elmwood Cemetery. Dunbar Funeral Home, Devine Street Chapel, is assisting the family.

Mrs. Sisk passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 11, 2025. She was born in 1929, in Walnut Cove, N.C. to the late Oscar and Hazel Fallin. She was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Raymond Morrison Sisk, and by her son, Stephen Morrison Sisk.

Betty Jo was an avid gardener, a voracious reader, and a gifted artist. She loved her family and friends, and she loved to sing - often entertaining friends and family with her extensive repertoire of old songs. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her and loved her.

Betty is survived by her children and their spouses, Mike Sisk (Susan) and Beth Scott (Karl). She also leaves three grandsons and their spouses, Daniel Sisk (Michelle), Stephen Sisk (Kayla),

Conrad Scott (Lily) and six great-grandsons.
