Never in a million years did I think I would be doing this. Anybody who truly knew my momma, knows that she was one of a kind. You could come to here about anything and she would listen, without judgement, and would give you the best advice. She was one of the most honest people I’ve ever known and boy do I love her for that. She supported me whether I was right or wrong and that’s a mother love. She has weird niches that would drive me wild. She is the sweetest, most loving, caring, and beautiful mother in this world, and I’m not partial there! She never failed me, never turned her back on me, and I will never find that kind of unconditional love again. She always kept me grounded and my thoughts clear and I pray that will stay with me for life and that I can be half the person she was. She loved God and faith in good and bad times. She was a strong fighter till the very end and I am so proud of her for the things she accomplished. I love you mommy forever, I’ll like you for always, and as long as I’m living my beautiful mommy you’ll be!

If it weren’t for Carol and her determination I would not be married to the wonderful man that I am. She insisted I meet a fellow Christian from her church. I finally gave in and, as they say “the rest is history.” She graciously served as my matron of honor 18 years age. Rest In Peace my dear friend. You will be missed.

Although I only met her once at Amelia’s wedding, I can tell she must have been a remarkable human being to have raised such an incredible daughter❤️. May she rest easy now in the Lord’s arms loving all of you from heaven.
