COLUMBIA - Charles Sanford “Chuck” Hughes, 58, son of the late Henry “Bo” Tinzler and Charlene Elizabeth Hughes, beloved father of Amanda "Mandy” Hughes-Sessions, and the late Justin B. Hughes, left this earth for his Heavenly home on September 6, 2015. In addition to his daughter, Mr. Hughes also leaves behind a son-in-law, Jeremy Sessions, two brothers, many nieces, nephews, friends and loved ones.
