Chuck and I were Army buddies. We were station on Eleuthera Island, Bahamas for a few months in early 1966. Since we were both from Columbia we immediately became friends. His mother and father treated me just like kin when I would visit. I met both his brother and sister but I am sure they do not remember me. Chuck was a kind and thoughtful person. Although we lost contact with one another over the years I will always remember my good Army buddy. I only wish I could have re-established ties with Chuck during the last few years. May you rest in peace in heaven with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
