Charlotte was one of my oldest and dearest friends for over 47 years..She was taken from us way too soon..we had made so many plans since she had retired.
Charlotte, you will be greatly missed, but we will cherish our wonderful memories, and we do have lots of them. Our prayers and thoughts to the Ariail family...We love you, Charlotte.

So, so sorry to hear of Charlotte's passing.  We worked together many years ago at the McKay firm.  She was such a joy to work with and always had a smile on her face.  God speed, Charlotte.

I was so saddened to learn of Charlotte's passing.  She and I worked together at McKay,Sherrill, Walker & Townsend Law Firm.  She also lived with me for two years on River Dr.  We had loads of fun.  We watched TV. enjoyed eating out, as well as, taking care of our pets which we had to keep separated.  She will be greatly missed, but it's comforting to know she is at peace and enjoying the presence of her Lord and Savior.  Thanks for allowing me to be your friend.

I didn't get to know you for a long time, but at least I got to meet you and enjoy your personality and share a smile with you. Praying for you and everyone that got to know how great of a person you were and always will be. The Lord is delighted to have you in his kingdom.

I worked "for" Charlotte for 12 years. She had a wonderful sense of humor. She will be greatly missed. Rest in peace, Charlotte.

Kind, encouraging, witty, caring, loving - just a few words that describe Charlotte.  I was lucky enough to become her friend and will always treasure the time I had with her.  Charlotte was loved and she will be missed.

I worked with Charlotte many years ago at McKay Sherrill Walker & Townsend early on in my career in the legal field.   She was always willing to help and I still remember her smile and laughter.   My prayers are with her family.

I am still finding it incredibly hard to believe that Charlotte has passed.  She was a great, caring, comical, sassy, loving, kind, feisty woman who I grew to love as one of my greatest friends. I am lucky to have met her. As feisty as she was, I even got her to wear a tutu and run two 5K's that were just for pure fun.  It's hard to believe she is gone. I hope she rest in peace, you are already missed by so many.  Love you always.

It's so strange that in July, Charlotte and I were in the lunch room talking about what she was going to do once she retired.  It was such a shock to hear of her passing, but I know she is in Heaven now.  My thoughts and prayers go out to her family.  God bless her and may she rest in peace.

It is always hard to lose a friend, but in losing Charlotte, I know without a doubt that she is in the presence of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. While I am sad for her family, friends and me, I am happy for her that she is in Paradise. Rest well, sweet Charlotte. I'll always look for you at Walmart.

So sad to hear of Charlotte's passing. We were friends and neighbors at Camelot Apartments many years ago, but I have never forgotten her and think of her from time to time. She was a good and loyal friend to many. My thoughts and prayers are with her family and friends.

I am greatly saddened by the news of Charlotte's death.  She was a very good person, and during her entire career, she was the gold standard for professionalism, integrity, excellence, and unique good humor.  I first encountered Charlotte when I was a first year law clerk.  In my following 35 years around the legal arena, I never met anyone, be it lawyer, judge, legal secretary, law clerk, professor, paralegal, or otherwise, who was more likely to do the right thing, in the right way, right now, and every time, than Charlotte Ariail.
Sooner or later, every lawyer who had the good fortune to have her on his team would say, in the same off-handed manner, something like, â€œyes, I've been working for Charlotte for two years now.â€  We would all know what that lawyer meant, and we all hoped to live up to what she expected of us, as one of â€œher lawyers.â€

I was shocked and extremely saddened to hear of Charlotte's passing.  I knew her through Doctors Wellness Center, and she was one of those people who just made you smile when you saw her.  I really enjoyed getting to know Charlotte, and will truly miss her.

Charlotte was a good friend of mine... we enjoyed getting dinner and going to a movie every once in awhile. We would compare stories of our plans as single "old" ladies how we would survive retirement with our limited incomes! She was so passionate about her work outs at the gym... it has saddened me greatly that she died of a heart attack after her plans to stay strong and healthy in her old age! I will miss our movie outings together! Rest in Peace good friend!
