LEXINGTON - The family of Cissy Elaine Russell-Williams, 69, will receive friends from 1 until 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 14, 2015, at Clarendon Baptist Church, Alcolu, S.C. Dunbar Funeral Home, Devine Street Chapel, is assisting the family. Mrs. Russell-Williams passed away peacefully in her home Friday, July 10, 2015. Born September 29, 1945 in Kingstree, she was a daughter of Friendly and Mallie Ridgeway. She was a dedicated registered nurse for over 30 years; a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She was also a devoted mother to her handicapped son, Paul. Surviving are her husband, Hoyt Williams; sons, Jay Russell and his wife, Helen, and Paul Russell; three grandchildren, Sloan, Parker, and Sarah Helen; and brother, George W. Ridgeway and his wife, Glenda.
