COLUMBIA – Graveside service for Dolores Lolita G. Phillips, 90, will be held at 12:00 noon on Sunday, June 14, 2015 in Elmwood Cemetery and Memorial Gardens. Dunbar Funeral Home, Devine Street Chapel, is assisting the family. Mrs. Phillips passed away Thursday, June 11, 2015. Born in Barcelona, Spain, she was the daughter of the late Felipe Gomez and Dolores Faustino Gomez. She was the wife of the late Marvin D. “MD” Phillips, Jr. She was a member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church. Surviving are her children, Rita Magaha, Cristina Knight, Phyllis (Kim) Jenny, Ernest (Marilyn) Phillips, and Conchita Ray. She is also survived by six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
