COLUMBIA Memorial service for Dorothy M. Gleissner, 82, will be held at 11:30 a.m. Monday, May 11, 2015, at Dunbar Funeral Home, Devine Street Chapel. The Rosary will be recited at 6:00 p.m. Sunday, May 10, 2015, at Dunbar Funeral Home, Devine Street Chapel. Mrs. Gleissner died Friday, May 8, 2015. Born in Milwaukee, Wis., she was a daughter of the late Harry Sutton and Marie Pouchert Sutton. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. Surviving are her sons, John Gleissner (Anna) of Statesboro, Ga., Richard Gleissner of Prosperity; grandchildren, Helena Judd (Robert) of Cambridge, England, John J. Gleissner (Patricia) of Statesboro, Lukas Gleissner (Regina) of Columbia, James Gleissner (Ashley) of Atlanta, Ga., Victoria Gleissner of Atlanta, Ga., Alicia Byrd (Ashton) of Statesboro; great-grandchildren, Noah Gleissner, Rowan Judd, John Henry Gleissner, Uriel Byrd, Emma Gleissner, Samuel Judd; sisters, Audrey Stott (James) of Taylors and Patricia Geopfert of Milwaukee, Wis. She was predeceased by her husband, John Alois Gleissner; a sister, Viola Svitak (Joseph) and brother, Donald Sutton (Mary). Memorials may be made to Palmetto Health Foundation, P.O.
