Mr. Shealy died Friday, February 4, 2022. Born in Columbia, SC, he was a son of the late Carl Luther Shealy and Juanita Ellen Stogner Shealy. He retired as a computer programmer for Policy Management Systems. Doug was a longtime member of Temple Baptist Church where he taught the men’s Sunday School class.
Surviving are his wife of 55 years, Jeannette Starr Shealy; daughter, Lorri Price (Draft); grandchildren, twins Preston Price and Christian Price, Carlie Price, and Dylan Price; nephew, Scott Shealy (Sabrina) and his family; niece, Jamie Montanye (Derek); and cousins, Ann Kemple and Doris Davis (Ronnie).
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brother, Larry Shealy and his wife, Linda Shealy.
