Estelle Aronowitz Bluestein, 97, of Columbia, SC, passed away on Monday, October 28, 2024. Born on November 13, 1926, in Brooklyn, New York, Estelle was the daughter of Hyman and Fannie Frinstein Bluestein. She was the owner of Bluestein Wholesale Dry Goods and a member of Beth Shalom synagogue. Estelle was a beloved wife, mother and friend.
In addition to her parents Estelle was predeceased by her husband, Leon Bluestein; her son Bryan Bluestein; her sister, Blanche Brieloff. Estelle is survived by her daughter, Barbra Dreesen (Marty); daughter-in-law, Marti Bluestein; four grandchildren, Kinsey Bluestein, Steffen Dreesen, Sydney Bluestein, Reece Bluestein; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A private graveside service will be held at 11:00 am Wednesday, October 30, 2024 at Beth Shalom Arcadia Lakes.
