Born in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin on January 20, 1937, she was the daughter of the late Warren Albert Bjorn and Agnes Hume Grange. Judith worked for SCVRDDD – South Carolina Vocational Rehab Disability Determination Division. As an Army wife, she lived in Okinawa, Kansas, New Jersey, Georgia, Kentucky, and England. Her hobbies included reading, sewing, cross stitching, and bowling at Ft. Jackson leagues.
Surviving are Charles Lancaster, Col. (Ret) Charles Aucoin (Dawn), Renee Duffield, Russell Aucoin (Lisa), Adrienne Rosenbloom (Jack); six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Lieutenant Colonel James S. Aucoin; brother, Wesley G. Bjorn; and sister, Janice H. Pratt.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, May 29, 2026 at Fort Jackson National Cemetery.
