Dear Family,
I'm Rev. Ken Owens, senior pastor at Lexington United Methodist Church. Your mother had moved to Still Hopes and her membership to Washington Street UMC long before I became the pastor here. However, I'd like you to know that she is still very fondly remembered here. This past week, I've had many conversations about her. I try to always remember that we stand on the shoulders of saints who have come before us, many of whom we may never meet until that great meeting in the beyond. We are holding your family in our prayers. May God's richest blessings go with you.

Ann, Frank, George, David, sorry to learn of the passing of your mom/grandmother. Thoughts are with all of you. My dad and I have many great hunting memories with Judge Lever down in Swansea from doves to quail and the meals after the hunt. Ms. Martha would always be at the house waiting for the Judge when we got back to Lexington.

My thoughts and prayers are with the family. Martha was very active at Lexington United Methodist Church. I have many fond memories when I was church secretary and she volunteered in the office. Everyone who knew her loved and admired her. She will always be remembered and missed. May God comfort you during this sad time.
