COLUMBIA - A funeral service for Sandra Moore Knapton, 77, will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, November 20, 2015, at St. Timothy’s Episcopal Church. Dunbar Funeral Home, Devine Street Chapel, is assisting the family. Mrs. Knapton died Tuesday, November 17, 2015. Born in Columbia, she was the daughter of the late Curtis Boykin Moore and Inez Martin Moore. She graduated from Eau Claire High School and retired from JB White Department Stores and also from Chapin High School. Mrs. Knapton will be remembered for being a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was a member of St. Timothy’s Episcopal Church. Surviving are her daughter, Teresa K. “Terry” Caskey and husband, J. Daniel Caskey and grandson, William Daniel Caskey, all of Dallas, Texas; and son, John Martin Knapton, Jr. of Columbia.
