Sarah Marsh

Ms. Marsh died Thursday, January 18, 2024. Born in New Brookland, SC, she was a daughter of the late William Marsh and Ruth Campbell Marsh. She received her Master’s degree from the University of South Carolina. She taught at C.A. Johnson High School and Crayton Middle School and later retired from Richland School District One.

Surviving are her son, Stephen A. Antley (MaryAnne); daughter, Lauren A. Crooks; grandchildren, Cody Antley, Hannah Antley, Forrest Crooks, and Edward Crooks; three step-grandchildren, Alesa, Hope, and Audrey; four great-grandchildren; her siblings, Billy, Frank (Joann), Jesse, Tommy (Linda), Jimmy (Carol), and Linda; and her many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her son, William E. “Bill” Antley; sister, Lois Marsh Babcock; brother, Douglas Marsh; and sister-in-law, Harriet Marsh (Billy).
