Wayne Brockington, born in Columbia, S.C. on September 12, 1948, was the son of the late Dr. Francis Scriven Brockington and Helen Bodeen Brockington Richardson.
A graduate of Clemson University, he was formerly employed as the Vice President, Investments at Dean Witter Reynolds Inc., and President, BDK Associates Inc.
Surviving are Mr. Brockington’s children, Stuart Scriven Brockington of New York City, NY and Walker Sims Brockington of Miami, FL.; siblings, Rhett Brockington, Richard Brockington, and Sheri Green of S.C. Mr. Brockington was preceded in death by his sister, Sandra Noe.
