Betty Moody

Betty was born on Sept 4th 1940, in Concord NH, to Jerry and Hilda(Trombley) Raduazo. She graduated from Concord High School, class of 1958.

In the years following high school, she was employed at Concord Group Insurance Company, where she met her husband, Edward Moody. They were married a short time later on Oct 16th,1965; recently celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary.

Following her employment at Concord Group, she worked for several years at Ferns Oil Company, then Hansen-Fox until her retirement 2004.

Over the years, Ed and Betty enjoyed many trips to Atlantic City, Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun, always hoping Lady Luck was on their side. While she was home, Betty enjoyed working in her flower gardens, puttering around the house, and absolutely spoiling their cat, Brady.

As a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother she dedicated her life to her family. Her kindness and strength will be dearly missed, always remembered and held close to our hearts.

Betty is survived by her husband, Edward Moody, of Bow NH

Her daughter, Lynn, and her husband Harold Lassonde III , of Belmont NH, Her grandson H. Joseph Lassonde IV, his wife Jessica, of Belmont NH, Her grandson Joshua Lassonde and his wife Hannah, of Boscawen NH, Six great grandchildren: Liam, H. Joseph V (Rolly), Addison, Kyle, Madelyn and Brysen. She is predeceased by her parents, her sister Nancy Pierce and her brother, Jerry Jr.

Calling hours will be Wednesday, April 29, 2026 4pm-7pm, in the Bennett Funeral Home, 209 N. Main Street, Concord, NH. Graveside Committal will be Thursday, April 30th at 12:00 pm at The New Hampshire Veteran’s Cemetery, Boscawen NH.
