Carl D. Borders

He was born on March 21, 1954, in Putnam, CT, to Frederick C. and Nancy (Tennett) Borders.

Carl attended both grammar school and Killingly High School in Danielson, CT. After moving to New Hampshire, he worked as a finish carpenter at Key Lock for some years and was then a partner in Granite State Finish Carpentry for several more years.

Carl leaves his mother, Nancy Tennett Borders, of Northwood, NH; two brothers, Norman and Laurice Borders of Danielson, CT, and Paul and Sue Borders of Meredith, NH; nieces Rhiannon Anderson and Megan Borders; and nephews Nathan Borders and Brian Borders. He was predeceased by his father, Frederick C. Borders.

Visitation will be at noon-time on Sunday, November 1, 2015, at the Bennett Funeral Home in Concord, NH, followed immediately by a memorial service at 1 pm.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made to the Pope Memorial SPCA of Concord-Merrimack County, 94 Silk Farm Road, Concord, NH 03301.
