Obituary of Clyde Marshall Willoughby Sr.

Clyde M. Willoughby Sr., 83, of Franklin , New Hampshire, passed away peacefully on September 20, 2025, at Concord Hospital.

Born on December 30, 1941, Clyde was predeceased by his parents; his sisters Rhoda Willoughby and Noralea Dalkin; brother-in-law Darrell Dalkin; and son-in-law Scott McKinney.

Clyde is survived by his fiancée, Patricia A. (Rufo) Hiscoe “Trich” whom he lived with in Franklin. He is also survived by his brother, Arthur (Sylvia) Willoughby of Reno, NV; sons Clyde M. (Denise) Willoughby of Burke, VA, and Justin C. (Marta) Willoughby of Midland, TX; and his daughter, Sara McKinney of Lebanon, NH.

A lifelong entrepreneur, Clyde was the owner of Clyde M. Willoughby, Inc. EA, a business consulting and tax preparation firm in West Lebanon, NH for over 45 years.

Clyde was a friend of Bill W. and Dr. Bob, for over 47 years.

Clyde owned his boat, the Sara Beth, for 25 years until 2018, enjoying many

fishing trips to Jeffreys Ledge with friends and family. A thank you to Capt. Jeff Foote on whose boat the fishing trips continued.

Many thanks to Trich’s siblings, Michael Rufo and Susan Snow, for their support and care of Clyde throughout the past year.

He is survived by the mothers of his children, Phoebe Willoughby of Virginia and Penny Willoughby of New Hampshire, along with his grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Services will be private.
